Things that stood up in the Research
Much Research has been done worldwide over the last few decades on the effects of emotion on job satisfaction. Since emotion plays a central role in our life, it is important to know its correlation with job satisfaction. Some of the essential tools that stood out showed that emotion plays a significant role in the work environment. Emotion can express communication from the inner state of feelings of hate, courage, sadness, pleasure, and joy. ( Hussain (2020). Emotion intelligence has the ability to grasp a certain concept correctly. This item stood out to me because, in human beings, there is always a tendency to combine emotion and intelligence. Thus emotional intelligence is termed as the ability to discern the emotion and the act of integrating the emotion to facilitate something.

The research author examined the emotional intelligence impacts to job satisfaction. The Research considered emotional intelligence as multidimensional construct, thus comparing the impacts of this dimension on job performance and satisfaction. The author considers Emotional intelligence being a subset of social intelligence, which has the power and ability to monitor other people's feelings and emotions. It can discriminate against others as the emotion influences their level of thinking and making the decision. Some of the dimensions addressed by the author based on emotional intelligence include self-management, social management and self-awareness. The author hypothesizes that an employee's emotional intelligence is associated with positive internal job satisfaction. He also hypothesizes that the employee's emotional intelligence is passively associated with external job satisfaction. The author's rationale for the Hypothesis is that the employees with a high Emotional intelligence are well known for identifying stress and frustration, thus regulating those emotions and reducing stress.
Method used
The method that the researcher implemented is surveying the bank call center. The researcher opted to take a bank as it was available and the best place to conduct the Research. To collect the data, the researcher used letters, emails, calls, and face-to-face interviews to reach as many people as possible. The data collected from 147 questionnaires and 250 calls were used. There was a scale that was used in measuring the items that were required from the respondent. The data on emotion recognition and job satisfaction were collected and analyzed. To give a good visual impression, the collected data was represented in graphs to give a good visual impression.
Meaningful findings from the author's Research
The Research found that emotional intelligence plays a vital role in internal job satisfaction. To increase job satisfaction, it is important for the management department to address emotional intelligence to their employees. The Research states that the employee's act of understanding the emotion have a critical role in internal satisfaction. The positive and negative emotions present in the employees can be controlled by the act of the employees knowing about Emotional Intelligence. The Research also found a direct statistical relationship between emotion regulation, emotional intelligence, and internal satisfaction.
Limitation to study
There were several limitations that they were subject to the Research. The data was collected in the local area; thus, if it was collected from different geographical locations, the participant could have given different responses based on their culture and customs. Another limitation is that the banker's call employees collected the data. This indicates that the results were attributed to a call center employee. In case the data was collected from different industries, the data could have differed.
How do the findings from this study help you better understand the content?
Through the study finding, I can appreciate several things essential to me. First am well informed that emotional intelligence plays an essential role in job satisfaction. By using emotional intelligence, an individual can control his inner feelings such as anger, hatred and love and provide a good working environment. I can also appreciate that there is no direct statistical association between the regulation of emotions and internal satisfaction. I can also appreciate that an individual's well-being has no significant relationship with job satisfaction.

Participants and how they will be recruited
The participants of this Research will be individuals diagnosed with ADHD. In recruiting them, I will send the form with instructions to the various social media platforms. This form will be required to be fill in the data of the person willing to participate. The form will be indicated that it is voluntary, and the data will be treated with high confidentiality. The participant will be required to fill in their contact data through this form. To recruit the participant, an online meeting will be held through Zoom, and the participant will be taught what is expected from them.

The study will be conducted online since it is fast and cheap. The questionnaires will be sent through emails, and the participant will fill in the necessary fields and then send back through the same online channel used.

The emotional aspect is essential in our daily activities as it significantly functions our existence. The article I read provided research, findings, and a conclusion on emotion. It gave positive and negative aspect of emotion. Some positive emotional parts are impression, intimacy, and influence—the element of intimacy aid an individual in acquiring their bonds with others. The influence and impression function is based on the information others get from expressing positive emotion. (Cosmides (2018). Positive information can be amicably used in the social context to achieve our goals and maintain social standards that motivate others to achieve their goals. Conversely, negative emotions can result in hatred that may make people distance themselves from others.

In the article, the author examined the role that emotions play in success. He stated that emotion plays an enormous role in the production of success. It helps an individual not only address but also overcome the problem that may arise on their way. In texture, an element of fear may appear, enabling an individual to have an adaptive mechanism, thus escaping from a disaster. The author of the article hypotheses that emotion forms and maintains a social relationship. (Cosmides (2018). He also believes that feeling can establish and maintain a social position concerning others by generating self-esteem. The rationale that the author gives is that emotion help in either increasing or reducing bond with others. If there is a rise in positive emotion, the bond between the person increases and helps strengthen love, and the individual feels like staying close to one another. On the other hand, the rise in negative emotion may lead to individuals distancing from one another.

In this research, there was the conduction of an experiment on a selected group sample. The chosen people were from different groups; some were those abandoned and neglected by their family members, while others lived in harmony with their parents. The data was conducted based on positive and negative emotions and analysis. Based on the importance of the social bond research, the social isolation of individuals does not only led to poor health and well-being but also inhibit the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Emotion regulation and standards play a core role in understanding the reason behind the success of life is essential. For a human being to thrive in life requires a social life. Emotion helps a person in establishing and maintaining cooperation and harmony with other and other social groups. In this stage, sentiment is given the role of affiliation. Based on the distancing function of the feeling, the feeling helps a person distance themselves from others regarding social status and power. The sentiment's social effect is based on how it is expressed in the social and cultural context. The aspect of anger from the emotion is expressed in many ways, such as shouting, criticizing, or keeping quiet. The sentiment is well known to vary in different cultural contexts. The distancing function in the emotional context symbolizes isolation and social fear.
On the other hand, the affiliation aspect is based on happiness and other positive emotions such as love and gratitude. The feeling has a preference on the individual goal and social situation. Despite the sentiment having a social function, it has a social effect, which is predicted based on relational goals. Contempt, anger, and hate can be a social function in case an individual is predicted
What is one limitation of their study?
In this study, several limitations arose. First, the research did not disclose the relationship between emotion and individual success. The participant of this study based the experiment on a particular experience regarding feeling. This indicates that it could have been subjected to errors as some people could have given a piece of misleading information based on the background. In addition, the sample size was small. The experiment used 480 individuals; this small sample size could have given bias when acting as a representative of the entire population. In addition, the research did not show the functionality of emotion in regulating legal and social norms.
How do the findings from this study help you better understand the content from this week?
The finding played an essential understanding of the role that emotion plays concerning individual success. Based on the sentiment, I have come to know how we can deal with the problems in the social environment by either increasing on reducing the psychological or distancing from one another. In our daily activities, I realize that positive emotions such as happiness and pride or love usually strengthen social bonds and may be used in decision-making. Thus through this research, I can appreciate the aspect of emotion based on the culture and social norms. Emotion has a tremendous role in producing success and solving a dispute.

Hypothesis: Emotion can be used to control the occurrence of corruption.
